You make them laugh
You make them smile
Yet
They are
Blind to the pain
you hide behind that smile

They are
Blind to the agony
you endure

They are
Blind to the loss
your lost love




They are
Blind to the desire
your ‘want’

Because they are blinded
By you
who make them laugh
who make them smile
Masking your pain
You carry inside!
