Horizon

Have you ever experienced the charm that music does when you are feeling all alone? Your hearts joy synchronizing with every beat of the soothing music. An intense emotion flowing through the music and the words which you can relate to. Calming your senses like first rain drops on thirsty land.

Music! Its not a thread for the fear of being broken or a knot that can be loosen. For me it is a feeling that strives within. No one can break or kill it.

How many times have you caught yourself staring nowhere? Not day dreaming but thinking amidst the moving fast life around; about the ‘Quest of Life’?

A social animal. But why sometimes the societal norms prick? You are no one in the crowd, but you are ‘the one’ who have been blessed with “Life”.

Far behind I had left a path
Turning around I wondered ‘have I lost a lot?’
Traces of that long forgotten road
Retrieving its memories
I stand questioning “should I….?”
“Why not?”
Along with words and music
Taking this long forgotten road again…

  1. Hey, Hi

Dis oriented? or just a little confused? the write up begins with music, and lingers to thoughts about life, its purpose...finally coming to the past.
Its a train of thoughts we often travel..mostly in the calm serenity of the night, lonely, with the music, the songs whose lyrics, broken makes more sense..or is it just that we relate it to ourselves more in that tranquility of the night?

    Questions is all we have...
    :)

    Take care...

Maybe it's time to walk and see where the journey leads you, hopefully somewhere beautiful ! :)

    Good to see you back!

drink a cup of coffee along with the music, to get lost in the old roads :)

  5. There should be no doubt in visiting those old forgotten lanes again, they are never forgotten though, just hidden away from the bright light of the present, but they are ours, the past, the present , the future, the memories, the questions and even the answers ....
They all belong to us, so visit them if you might, ignore them if you must, caress them if needed, shun them if it requires, we know the best...

And don't forget to keep questioning, your faith, your love, your emotions, your life and some times decisions... because that's the only way to your growth, your purpose, your answers and yourself.
